A word made up and used by Charlie Sheen during a famous interview on Good Morning America. It is now currently and most commonly used by crack-heads to describe their lives in a positive light. It has made its appearance on SNL as well as "tiger blood"
Interviewer: Some people consider you bi-polar, would you say the same?
Sheen: What... what does that even mean?

Popularized in an interview with Charlie Sheen, it refers to a person who is unable to lose no matter what.
