liberalitis

Medical definition for anyone who lives too close to the world's tallest buildings.

When someone lives in an urban center too long and loses their touch with God.

Individuals that are institutionalized into a government program not designed by the military, such as schools, hospitals, most government programs, whether it be county, state or Federal.

Can be contracted by talking with large groups of these individuals for too long.

It is a mindset given to a person who believes in sacrificing themselves for the good of others. (Supposedly) as long as it benefits them.

My sister went to school to become a teacher and came home with a touch of liberalitis.

massachusettes college of liberal arts

This is a small liberal arts based college in North Adams Ma. The resources here suck and it feels like it's in ancient times with the technology. It feels more like a high school than a college. With a population of like not even 2,000 students everyone knows everyone. There is tons of gossip, the sports suck, and best of all you can't even allow more then one person into your dorm. Absolute bullshit, the rules here are pathetic. Also there is only one street off campus you can party it and it's full of townies. Pines are the only people that actually turn up at this school.

Liberal Words

The top Google result (as of November 2020) for this post's namesake.

Titled "Left-Speak : a glossary of terms", it's a strawman of a "liberal" in which the terms "socialist", "progressive", "leftist" and "liberal" are used interchangeably.

In it, "racist" is defined as "anyone who has decided that individuals should be judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

The quote from MLK Jr is used here ironically, to point out apparent liberal hypocrisy. The entry (rather, all the entries, of which there are 77) is a projection of what the OP believes a "liberal" would mean when they speak. This entry continues with a heavily misconstrued explanation of "intersectionality".

Considering that the US is the *only first world country* where health care isn't universally accessible ("Universal Healthcare" is defined as , Specifically, a means by which you would be obliged to support or tolerate a certain political party or doctrine in order to save your very life") and given the many references to the US constitution, Left-speak was likely written by an American conservative.

"If you parse their sentences, the speech of the Left can be at times befuddling unless you understand their unique usage of terms. So that you may better understand (liberal words) Left-speak in the future, I offer the following glossary... You might want to print this and keep it on-hand for those times when you are unable to avoid (liberal words) Left-speak. "

passive liberalism

when white people partake in performative liberalism and use it as an excuse to be subconsciously racist towards their non white peer/friend. usually from the midwest but doesn't have to be. also, usually among the white alternative crowd, predominantly. they make being "liberal" an aesthetic on social media platforms, when in reality, they just need to learn to recognize their implicit bias when their poc friends try and correct them.

they also compare themselves to trump supporters to justify their implicit racism.
they generally fall in the white alternative crowd. they enjoy anime, kpop, weed, indie music, skateboarding, frank ocean, as much as the next alternative person. but they are not as educated or self aware as they could be. a majority of them do hail from breadbasket states. the main reason for this is that midwestern states are by majority, white. so when passive liberalists branch out (for college or other reasons), they have already developed a subconsciously racial superiority complex. surprisingly, a trump supporting white girl from soCal may be less subconsciously racist than a white person from Ohio or Minnesota.

* this is not about all white people, just the ones who choose not to educate themselves.

example 1:

Sally: I put blm in my bio and listen to Green Day on repeat, of course im not racist.

Lucy: yeah but when Chenelle dated Ryan after you did, you became super passive aggressive towards her. You even ended things with him and acted so weird towards Chenelle.. Yet when Kenzie dated him, you didn't care.

Sally: what are you implying?

Lucy: You subconsciously view yourself as superior to Chenelle, our Hispanic friend, than you did Kenzie, another white person. You just perform passive liberalism for the aesthetic.

Sally: You're crazy Lucy. I buy from the activist section at Urban Outfitters, I posted a black square on Instagram,..., I even went against my parents and voted for Biden ...it was such a struggle. I'm too alternative to be racist. I listen to Kpop, Lucy! Would a subconsciously racist person listen to Kpop? Also, there's never been a trump supporter who has as quaint a Stardew valley farm as I do. Because trump supporters would never play such an uwu aesthetic game.

example 2:

Ryan: are you seriously breaking up with me?

Chenelle: you never tell your friends to quit the Latina jokes.

Ryan: but im your uwu white boy of the month. :(

Chenelle: poc people on twitter invented the "white boy" of the month jokes. we've gone over this. when you say it or let it fuel your ego, it's not cute. you didn't act this way Kenna left you a few months ago. recognize your superiority complex.

Brunch Liberal

Limousine Liberals without the money. They look the part and talk like they are elite because of their education but don’t have the wealth and power.

Drawn to activism that has high visibility but are seldom seen otherwise. It’s not politics or a cause that motivates them. It’s entertainment and status.

For Brunch Liberals politics only makes sense when accompanied by a poetry jam, public spectacle, art show, colorful decorations, fedoras and music. Look elite, bank pay check to pay check.

fool's liberal

Anyone who claims to be a democrat, to avoid the humiliation of being associated with W. Bush, that is at heart a republican.

Wow,Cooper is such a fool's liberal. He says he's democrat, yet he has all conservative viewpoints!
