Dick move is an action in wich you were or have been "a dick" to another individual. Dick move santa refers to the receiving of cloths or other items not deemed acceptable by a child. Presumably from Santa who was at the time being "a dick".

This means that they are telling you to get away from them. It is slang used mostly in Chicago when someone is playing too much or trying to start a problem then you will get told “move around folk”
