A shit hole club/bar in shepparton, it is such a hole that you literally have to walk down flight of stairs to get in, then once you're in all there is to do is to get drunk off drinks you pay 3 times what they're worth, then to finish off the night you go into the sticky dance floor and try to pick up and fuck one of the drunk sluts grinding on anything with a heartbeat.

Term used in hip-hop culture to refer to rappers who write/freestyle only focusing on the fourth bar of each quatrain, leaving the previous 3 bars with nothing interesting to say. DON'T RAP LIKE THIS, EVER, PLEASE.
The term's origin was invented in argentinian freestyle competition circuits, with many rappers maintaining this style of rapping. You can see much of this style being exploited in events such as Red Bull: Batallas de los Gallos and FMS (Freestyle Master Series).
