Also can be thought of as, "u r ban Dictionary". Assumed subconscious, subtle action on UD's part to get readers (read: possible government investigators) to believe they're participating in something taboo-like. Notice the logo on the top left; "ban" is raised for a reason.

Used in online forums to denote where one goes when they are banned. A pun on 'band camp'.
op: ask a guy who just got back from banned camp anything
mod who banned him: You must like it there, you have gone again! (bans him)
This usually means a ban meaning to kick someone for good, but in some servers, its just an out-of-school suspension

Using an alternate account/changing your IP address to simply, play/do whatever you did before.
Person 1: haha i hack in block game
Admin: *bans account*
Person 1: i'll just use a different account
Person 1: *hacking on another account*
Admin: *IP bans person 1*
Person 1: *uses a VPN to ban evade once again..*
Person 1: *hacks once again*
Admin: *insert disappointment here*
