"BBL Drizzy" was a song first created by a comedian of the name King Willonius which is about how Drake allegedly got a Brazilian butt lift (BBL). More recently in late April - May 2024, Kendrick Lamar and Drake began to beef after Kendrick called Drake and Jcole out on the song "Like That" by Future, Metro Boomin, and Kendrick Lamar. Metro Boomin got involved into the beef due to this song he produced which led Drake to tell Metro to shut up and make beats. In response, Metro released the track "BBL Drizzy" which mocks Drake further and is an absolute banger.

The song's inclusion of "BBL Drizzy" in its title alludes to a comment made by rapper Rick Ross accusing Drake of receiving a Brazilian butt lift, a form of buttock augmentation surgery.
