The name of a character from the Beano comics in the UK, being the baby sister of Dennis the Menace (The British one). A kid known for many things, her Yellow and black onesie, her mass arson towards Softies (basically snooty assholes) , and also her rather infamous ability of being able to fart and/or shit herself on command to clear rooms and to fulfil the writer's severe fart fetish.

She makes unfunny lesbian jokes but has surprisingly good music taste, maybe a result of the hours of her life spent doing nothing useful. Might one day reach 5 foot or the 10th grade, but has yet to.
