When a person is offended by a meme, said person will make a try hard comeback. This is trying too hard to make a comeback after being put down. Such as: looking up a definition in the urban dictionary after another person put him down.

Stands for "one character comeback." Mainly used in fighting games such as Marvel vs. Capcom 2 or Capcom vs. SNK 2. It is where you beat your opponent (more than 60% of his life) with just your last character. Definition was originally created by Megaman DS.
