a) Neo-cynical refers to a person that is cynical for the purposes of novelty or irony to create the illusion one is intelligent and/or above the norm; societal separation. b) Condescension by means of acting like a dicknose and dropping word bombs.

Cynical Asshole Syndrome is a condition that makes the majority of things in everyday life seem shit and meaningless.
