A fictional pirate radio station in brentford, servicing west london with the finest in UK garage. Featured in the mockumentary "People Just Do Nothing"
Also bringing back the garage sounds mainstream
KEEP IT KURUPT
Did you watch the new season of people just do nothing?
Yh yh it's joke. Love Kurupt FM
A monopolizing radio station in Squamish, British Colombia that broadcasts over the Sea to Sky corridor. 90% of the music is tasteless and outdated. The only reason anyone listens to Mountain FM is so that they don't have to sit in awkward silence, listen to themselves think, or listen to CBC Radio while driving.
Was unfortunately the "Official radio station of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games"
Making the drive from Vancouver to Whistler or vice versa is incredibly scenic, just make sure you have an iPod or CD's so you don't have to listen to Mountain FM.
This word (or phrase - what every you call it) was invented by Spack No.2's school tutor.
It was a lovely and peaceful morning in Spack No.2's school tutor base in Autumn 2020 up until some kid got out his bluetooth speaker and started playing DRILL SONGS out loud.
Spack No.2's tutor then told the kid to turn of the music and labelled it 'Chav FM'
This nickname for Drill music will probably go down in the history books for one of the best nicknames!
Wannabe Roadman/Drug dealer: *Plays some drill song*
Tutor: "Can you turn off your Chav FM please?"
TL:DR, A radio station that is always “Playing What We Want”
Long definition: A network of stations that doesn’t have song requests and likes to viciously interrupt each bunch of songs in a row in favor of revenue generating. Also, their hotline is always abandoned other than recordings leaking into the radio. Don’t expect them to carry your favorite song, and they almost never feature country. They test songs in September and then change the lineup in November, but some songs may get lost forever (98.7 Jack FM, which is the best station, preserves every song ever played) Voiceover is done by Andrew Anthony, the same announcer from EA Sports and GEICO.
VO: Always play what we want in the crossroads: KTXN Victoria, 98.7 Jack FM.
