Someone who has no concept of effective humor, especially in memes. For instance, the Minion memes for middle aged women on Facebook is an example of a normie meme. An overused and generally unfunny joke used again and again until it gets old for dank memers, but stays relevant for normies.
Normies are the kind of people to put laugh tracks in when showing an humorless meme that they enjoy so dank memers will laugh along; except they don’t.
Mom: “Oh my god this Damn Daniel memes is so funny. I’m posting this to my epic Facebook group.”
You: “Mom, that was years ago. Stop being a normie.”

Normie is usually a person or a stereotype, who in real life or at internet usually does normal things and doesn't show any special abilities which makes non-normie people bored, and want to punch them in their mouth so they could shut up. Normie's chart in real life should go like this as a example:
Normie wakes up.
Normie goes to brush his/her teeth.
Normie haves breakfast and reads the newspaper or listen to the news.
Normie walks, drives or uses public transport to go to work.
Normie does work.
Normie comes back from work.
Normie haves dinner.
Normie brushes teeth.
Normie goes to sleep.
Cycle repeats, unless they quit being normies.
Normies in internet are usually hated mostly, due to them sharing awful, tasteless jokes, tell about the news that others heard about ages ago, share their already highly populated opinions and ruining things from others such as: Video games
where they share it to their other normies, and becomes the video game becomes too populated and common game, that non-normies want to play it anymore.
Forums, where they write stupid crap that have been discussed, or are just so dumb that people would not go to the same forum, because it would be flooded with normies, and their favourite thing they love to ruin are:

when a normie hears about a populated meme, they get exited and share it to their other normies friends and then make the meme die off quickly.

A pejorative term distributed by the alt-right which describes political laypeople who are not familiar with the political horseshoe theory: the premise that the far-left and the far-right have analogous conclusions.
The term "normie" implies a third dimension in the political compass that is not covered by the two-dimensional political compass: the high-context/high-context spectrum.
This spectrum is schematized in the Vikaas political compass.
The alt-right parodies the normie political spectrum with a political horseshoe caricature that depicts one side as 'gay space communism' and the other side as 'esoteric technofascism'.

A word an incel uses to describe someone that gets regular sex, or has no problem getting laid at clubs, or is in a happy relationship with a significant other. Usually used bitterly by 20+ year old virgins, whose friends (if they have any) all have significant others. Also often used in various incel societies (such as the ForeverAlone subreddit).
Since they are incels, they believe they cannot get laid for the life of them, meanwhile everyone they know or see seems to be in a relationship, so incels often have the "Me vs. Normies (the world)" mentality.
26-year-old kissless virgin: Ugh I hate going to the store. I have to witness all the normies kissing their significant others.
