Skating is an extreme sport a lifestyle , free expression or an art form and a lot of people don't understand that . As a skater I get lots of criticism, not only from Police but even my teachers. Because with most people the first thing that comes to mind about us skaters is that were low-life scums. Well I know I'm not and that my "Skate Crew" isn't but some are and those guys are the people that give us a bad name
Most people think of skaters as "Rejects". Skateboarding also makes people feel happy and it's also something you can do by yourself but with people.

One of the best sports in the world, BMX and Aggressive Inline coming in second. They usually get along but sometimes they get in each others way and fights get started. But other than that, those 3 sports are misunderstood and considered a menace to society, especially skateboarding. Contrary to that belief, real skaters, bmxers and rollerbladers are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are also the most determined and hardworking athletes ever. And yes, all three are better than football, baseball or any team sport.

the male skaters are often known to look extremely hot and have long hair.
only 1 in 7 skaters will listen to rap *ever* if your skateboard is from k mart and not from an actual skate store
then it sucks balls.
1)every girl at mayport middle wants to go out with Bobby Allen he's the hottest skater at mayport middle.
2)got trucked by a group of skateboarders when she tried to skate their spot on a spongebob board.

Well, A long time ago... Cavemen found that if they make wheels and put them on the bottom of a piece of wood, It can be used as a mode of transportation. Later generations took this Idea, and put it to extremes. Making the tails of the wood, or "board", Curve up, This generated 'pop'. and with this pop, the board could successfully leave the ground and return while your feet stay on it. And so skateboarding became what It is today. Generally misguided to only be ridden by punks and outcasts, There are actually alot of good, decent people that ride boards. And to this day, they'll fight to keep the name of skateboarding on a clean slate.

THE MOST AMAZING PIECE OF WOOD IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE TO DO THE MOST AMAZING THING IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE. Basically its a piece of wood to do the sport skateboarding on and its great.
