Someone who doesn't eat anything that came from an animal. But then again, if that were their motto, they wouldn't be "allowed" to eat vegatables or fruits or pretty much anything else, either. Because those foods are grown in manuer, which, not to gross people out, is animal crap. And, FYI, animal crap comes from animals too. So vegans pretty much don't eat anything. Except water. Which isn't a food.
Ashley: Woah, Mary Kate, your so thin, what have you been eating?
Mary Kate: Just water. Hilary Duff is on the same thing. Isn't my new 'vegan diet' just FAB?!
Ashley: Um, sure.. but I asked what you were eating.
Mary Kate: Water...

A person who does not eat or wear any animal products including but not limited to meat, seafood, eggs, leather, wool, fur, dairy, and sometimes honey (although some vegans still eat honey) do to the horrible things humans do to these animals, most animals now are bred for there meat. While many people believe this to be an extreme and rather stupid diet, nutritionists say it's A-ok and some vegans get more protein then they really need. Nutrition tests show average vegans to have a 57% less chance of heat disease then a meat eater, while ovo-lacto vegetarians (a vegetarian that eats both eggs and dairy) only have 27% less chance. Vegans actually get more protein then they need, even the athletes, and it's possible to get too much protein.

DJ Sam: "What about that one guy from Good Charlotte? Vegan, medium sized, and piercings all over!"

PRACTICING Human Herbivore
ALL humans are herbivore by NATURE's design. Meat eating began in limited circumstances and was not a part of the 'hunter' tradition but rather was introduced by ancient temple priests to traumatize and condition children into becoming violence-enabled soldiers and police for the court.
This type of conditioning is called 'trauma-based conditioning'. The very ancient and horrific circumstances that introduced meat-eating in ancient temple cultures around the world have been intentionally obscured by today's miltiaristic societies, including the secret police run states of Europe and the US.
Biological proof of these facts are easy to find including the one that NO creature EVER violates its natural biological niche behaviors unless forced to do so.

Vegan is a stupid cultural term. Dietary behaviors must respect natural requirements. Humans are herbivores naturally and only culturally scripted to commit murder of animals. This is not a 'cultural' or 'lifestyle' issue.
We don't need more 'vegans' we need more people to stop sucking on the corporate disinformation machine and awaken to their own design imperatives as scripted by nature. And then to live accordingly as human herbivores.
This is an ecological issue and it is at the crux of every stupidty underlying and driving our arrogant, elitist, ignorant and war-mongoring society.
If you are not living as a human herbivore, you are an ecological moron.

1. Someone who does not eat meat, milk, eggs, or any other product that comes from animals (even honey).
2. Murderer of innocent vegetables.
3. Thinks a meatless diet stops animal suffering when it actually adds to it, since raising and harvesting vegetables mean that animals lose their habit, as well as:
โข Being killed by pesticides
โข Mangled by machinery
โข Trampled beneath the tractors
โข Shot dead by farmers protecting the crops from pests
โข Being torn apart by the farmer's dogs who guard the crops.
4. Some vegans live and let live, accepting and allowing others to eat meat and milk without hassling them. But some push their views onto others, becoming violent if people do not agree with them (Veganazi).
Hey, vegans! Don't worry about all the rabbits who were killed so that Cris P. Carrot enters your stomach and not theirs!
I mean, isn't it better that after they were alive to experience the incredible pain of being mutilated? It's oh so much better than being killed instantly and almost painlessly by a hunter or slaughter equipment, isn't it?

Someone who chooses to not eat anything animal.
A vegan who puts sufficient effort in to learning how to eat a healthy vegan diet is not unhealthy and skeletal looking, like some vegans who lack knowledge of what constitutes a healthy vegan diet.
A vegan puts effort in to their food choices that goes beyond "convenience food" and is healthier than the Standard American Diet--which gives them a good chance of not dieing from one of the major causes of old-age related death in the Western world--heart disease--and perhaps even cancer, depending on the diet.
A vegan learns that cows milk or other animal's milk are not the only sources of calcium. Protein and other things thought to only come from animals, can also come from vegetarian sources. In fact, with a little culinary knowledge it is easy to eat a wide variety of tasty vegetarian dishes--India's been doing it for thousands of years!
A vegan may know that it is not only protein that accounts for muscle growth, any knowledgeable body-builder can attest to that. Nutrients such as Zinc, b-vitamins, and a generally healthy diet are absolutely critical to muscle growth. Something meat is generally high in, but can be had from a vegan diet.
Avi R. Lehyani, a vegan body builder, who resides in Israel and is on the website veganbodybuilding dot com, is proof that vegans can be strong--contrary to some peoples ignorance. Who can bench press 380lbs and can rack lift 836lbs.
Guy who has experience with one vegan before learning about veganism: Frank just become a vegan, he's been raving about it for the last few months to everyone he knows! ... judging and praising people intensely. He looks very skinny, he's obviously not eating right. He probably needs some meat in his diet or something to get his calcium... there's 'no way' he can get enough of those in his diet!
Guy after seeing the people from veganbodybuilding dot com and having been a vegan for several years:
I had no idea vegans could be so strong until I saw Avi Lehyani, these guys know how to be strong AND vegan, what a seeming contradiction! When I first went vegan I had no idea how to be anything over 120lbs, then i started eating right and I gained over 10lbs a month, what a difference healthy eating makes! It IS possible to be strong and be vegan!
