A term (usually preceeded by "for those of you in. . .") used by the nationally known radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh to poke fun at people who are not too bright. Based on an actual community in west Sacramento California whose residents Rush has jokingly characterized as being backwards, out of touch, or just mentally slow.

When someone drives realy slow, can't take directions and gets lost very easy all while your sitting in the car.

The most charming and beautiful girl you will ever meet. She is extremely amazing and spectacular spectacular! Not to mention but she has the finest flab in town. If you are fortunate enough to meet her, you will be labeled as the luckiest guy in the world. However, she needs to be tucked into bed at 11:00 pm sharp. No joke!

Ranked as the richest city in the United States by the Census for 2006. A very wealthy, quiet city in Orange County, California. People are loaded but for the most part aren't as pretentious or materialistic as the beach-city counterparts of the Upper-class OC (Newport, Laguna, La Jolla). Generally nice people, but the kids are spoiled and bratty, as to be expected.

A singer whose voice is more powerful than a sonic boom and more beautiful than an angel choir. Can sing rock and roll, showtunes, country, r&b and pop with equal precision, making each song her own.
Is there anything tha Linda Ronstadt CAN'T sing? Probably not.
