An intensifying adverb phrase, most often used in conjunction with the verb "to suck". (When saying that something sucks, saying it "sucks bucky balls" increases the amount it sucks by.)

Bucky Barnes was a sergeant in the army in the 107 regiment. Also Guy whose best friend was Steve rogers, captain America. He fell of a train became the winter soldier and worked for hydra with no choice. He was brainwashed many times till captain America fought then later saved him and he no longer became the winter soldier.
Bucky Barnes could blow m’back out if he wanted to.
When someone believes that Buckfast tonic wine is “sweeter” based on the machine number on the back. Some say the bucky gets to their head and causes this.
