Adverb - 1) Used to describe a situation or event that has elevated itself to the status of badass or buckwild; Can be used to describe certain wild parties, orgies or any other event where things get rowdy enough to where people get shithoused, fat girls get fucked, and other things get out of hand, but in a good way. Usually ends with the words "Good Time"

2) An orgy so crowded, asses literally touch the ceiling

Ridiculous Ceiling

A limit to how ridiculous, stupid, or insane something said or done can get before drawing the line. Lacking such a "ceiling" implies that either such a person is incapable or unwilling to realize they have gone too far.
