This can be used for describing something you don't like.
IDL goats, they're so annoying!
The abbreviation idl may mean “I don’t like”, but it is more commonly just a typing mistake people tend to make while typing idk (I don’t know) as on the English keyboard, l is to the right of k.

“You didn’t like it?”
“No, I meant I don’t know.”
