Pretty much the only good show to make it past Fox's 3-season cut off. One of the few US programs that was remade for a British audience in the form of "Married for Life". Great cast, original style, and brilliant writing. A handful of American sitcoms still try and duplicate the show's style and all fail terribly. War at Home sucks. Don't watch it.
Christina Applegate is also the main reason to watch Married with Children.

"Dirty Children" or "Dirty Child" refers to an individual(s) who lead a rather undesirable lifestyle such as a Prostitute, Stripper, Drug Dealer, Gang Member or other social deviant(s).
An individual with squalid living arrangements is a "Dirty Child"
An individual sloppily dressed, who is foul smelling, and is cloudded with uncleanliness is a "Dirty Child"
Women and or Men that partake in exceedingly lascivious and smutful acts with multiple partners are "Dirty Children"
Finally,
Any person onto which you feel to be of lower class or status, financially and or socially can and should be refered to as a "Dirty Child".
You are walking down the street with your friend and spot an exceptionally beautiful woman, who upon further examination you know to be a swash-buckling, scally-wag of a pirate hooker and you tell your friend the following:

a shady, legitimate-looking scam that uses horrific events in africa to raise money for their own selfish interests. The fact that kony has been in hiding for 6 years, that the LRA currently numbers only a few hundred people, and the fact that only 32% of their funding actually goes to direct aid all points to some form of selfish use of the human emotions for personal gain. Even then, that direct aid involves funding rival militias and government armies all guilty of numerous human rights violations. There is already a manhunt for kony, your money is doing nothing to further that cause.

The act of taking a child and punting them, much like in football or soccer, to see how far you can make them go. It usually leads to extreme injury or death to the child, but punters rarely are traced back to the incident.
