A polite, discreet way to announce to your friends that you plan on going to the bathroom. Originally popularized/invented by Lena Bruscato, it has yet to catch on.
I’m gonna hit the stalls, anyone wanna come?
A prank in which one hides in a stall, waits for someone to go in the other stall, then screams multiple times at the top of their lungs. If done properly the one who is being pranked will leave their pants in the stall and run outside screaming.
Guy 1:"What was with that guy who ran out here without pants,screaming?"
Guy 2:"I gave him the old, ghost in the stalls."
When inside a public washroom, when little or no one is occupying the stalls, and someone picks the stall right next to yours.
"Dude, you gave me stage fright with your awkward stalling!"

A fag, homo, queer or otherwise same sex inclined individual. May be encountered in public bathrooms, possibly knocking on your stall.
Chachi was a raging homosexual sex fiend. Most Friday nights he could be found as a stall knocker at the bus station.
