Fixing issues with an intense glare
Scott was able to fix the mechanical issue with his golden stare.
Looking deeply into another's soul through the eyes, and them doing the same to you. It is also interpreted as undressing another with one's eyes. Also it is an euphemism for a burning passion between two.
Did you see them, Betty, they were participating in mutual staring! And you know where that leads!

The constant staring of a typical male Armenian in Glendale, Ca. For some reason they stare at you like you are an alien or something. I am guessing that their parents never taught them that it was rude.

Julie- Did they give you the Armo Stare?
Frank- Yes. They stared at me like I was naked.

The day dreamer stare you have when you are using a toothpick after you eat or when you have something stuck in your teeth. This same stare happens when you are cleaning your ears, brushing your teeth, or flossing.
