Can also be used as a substitute for that's alright or that's fine.
For example:

Megan: sweet. Life's fucking sweet.
Typically used in Irish and British culture.
Something that has a profound amount of drugs laced into it.
That food I ate was very sweet and made me hyper.
Irish people commonly use the term sweets for drugs such as ectasy and MDMA
