On an episode of the tv series “The Office”, main character Michael Scott (Steve Carell) realizes he cannot keep a promise he made to a group of underprivileged children ten years ago: that he would pay for their college tuition provided they graduated from high school. These students are Scott’s tots.

It refers to the many expensive, well-maintained, and well-designed playgrounds installed in the community's recreational parks and along its paved paths. Since they are often partly secluded or located in the woods, they also serve as sites for teenage indulgence.
2) Additionally, "tot lot" occasionally acts as a subtle signifier that the speaker lives in or is familiar with Columbia, MD as the term is rarely used elsewhere. This can be surprising to long-time residents.
1) "The cops nearly busted us for drinking last night at the tot lot."
2) "I hadn't realized that Dr. Jones grew up in Columbia until he told me he took his kids to the tot lot last weekend."

Preteens or younger adolescent girls who dress like whores. Normally the fake orange tan, short shorts that expose their boy like bodies, low cut shirts that are unflattering because they haven't developed breasts yet and wearing more make up than 60 year old women are some of the characteristics of a prosti-tot.
When Jim and Sally went bowling the other day they were rudely interrupted by ghetto wannabes and little prosti-tots.
