Here is my theory of the soup torture video
A group consisting of a sadistic psychopath or sociopath along with a victim and sub victim that often supports the psychopath and a committee member that watches and comments. (number of personnel may vary)
That group is totally a Torture Chamber!

Sequence from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (seen in the manga and the anime, too) in which the characters Narancia, Mista, and Fugo perform a dance while torturing Mr. Zucchero. Probably the best sequence of all Part 5 or of the entire series. Essentially, victorious but also umiliating dance done by three mafia guys against another one.
