an unbelievably ludicrous half abbreviation of "game" (relationship wise) which has very quickly turned into a tiktok trend where 14 year olds in tech fleeces and turkey jordan 4s pretty much bully any girl on a friend making app which turned into both a dating and slandering app. The rizz trend is sarcastic saying that they can't pull so instead join in the trend of attempting to tyrannize innocent people and then post their opposite success of wooing the opposite sex instead of using their "infinite rizz"

Rizz is flirting. It came from some famous guy saying "rizz" and stuff then hippies started flocking together to confuse older people for the sake of it and to show they listen to famous people.
