Caleb Logan LeBlanc is a 13 year old youtube star that made family vlogs with his mom Katie LeBlanc his dad Billy LeBlanc and his two sisters Annie and Hayley LeBlanc. Caleb was born July 13, 2002. Sadly at the age of 13 Caleb passed away suddenly from a rare heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy on October 1st 2015 at 7:08 PM. He was an amazing person, he was a loving brother and son, and he was extremely funny. Caleb played baseball and was number 7.
