Nigger Infested: A condition that happens when too many niggers are concentrated in one area.
Nigger Infested areas are identified by the following:
A bunch of niggers, with no other races in site!
This can happen to entire neighborhoods. After the Nigger Infested area is completely taken over, its known as the hood!

Generally a driver of African descent who doesn't feel the need to wait in traffic like everyone else and will drive around the line of traffic and cut in front of someone who has waited for their turn in line.
Instead of waiting in line in the turning lane, Quantavious decided to drive around and cut in front of someone closer to the light.
