Goat Balls

The smell of one's nut sack after becoming vary sweaty. The results from swamp nuts. Some causes are workouts, playing sports, spending time in a sauna, working in Iraq, ect.

Hogan's Goat is a 1965 play by William Alfred. (Wiki). The common phrase is "This makes Hogan's Goat look like a precision instrument!" It is less about being 'totally f*****d' and more a ludicrous, convoluted lampoon of politics in general.

Government goat

A white tail deer, or other type of deer that a licence is required in order to hunt. The proceeds of the licence goes directly to the Department of Natural Resources which is a government organization. The deer is property of the state making it a state owned deer. Hence the term Government Goat.
