When poor people go to decent restaurants and, rather than ordering lemonade, they order 'water, with a bowl of lemons'. They then proceed to combine the water, lemons, and sugar to create their cheap-ass lemonade. Then they leave 2 dollars on a 40 dollar tab.

1. Slang for old school, or out dated.
2. Making do with older technology.
3. A geek who untilizes technology in ways which it wasn't intended. (furnature, doorstops, car parts out of computers, etc.)

Many cities don't have a recycling program, and, in the hood, bums will search through people's trash for aluminum cans to turn in for some cash.
It's best to separate them out so the bum will make less of a mess, or you can discourage the bums via other means.
Oh, I wish Terre Haute had a recycling program.
We do: ghetto recycling. The bums come by and raid your trash the day before pickup for cans to turn in for beer money. Saving the environment, bums actually DOING something, free beer for them, everybody wins.

An anomaly that occurs during the first warm days of summer. It is a dense cloud of smoke that pours out of the Ghetto when all of the barbecue grills and meat smokers are fired up.
