The horrible condition in which a twin is relegated to "top" status in the mother's womb. Due to being on top, the fetus is relegated to only receiving "leftowver's" in terms of nutrients. Taylor Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has been driven effectively insane due to their dislike (or like) of Taylor Swift to the point at which they will abandon all logic and reason. (Mostly seen in grown men and women who previously had indifferent opinions on the artist)
