The same as "beer muscles", where when a person is drunk, they do and say things they wouldn't normally have to courage to do, or say. Internet muscles are where a person gets online, reinvents themselves, and says things they can't say in public, like using racial slurs for example.
Khayam can flex his internet muscles and only use the N word, online because he's way too much of a pure coward to ever say it in public to a black person's face.

internet libertarians are usually two or more of the following: white, nerdy, male, suburban, (hostilely) atheistic, and well-off. they usually have close-knit, supportive families as well. a true internet libertarian has never lived for long periods of time in anywhere but an affluent suburb. they are naive, sheltered fucks to a tee. they also tend to be less smug and vocal about their politics IRL - they fear (more) social rejection.
internet libertarians are mostly Randites and Ron Paul Revolution groupies. you will find them preaching their Pollyanna-like views of wanton deregulation/decentralization/isolationism in any sufficiently nerdy online venue - think Slashdot, Reddit, or an imageboard with a political discussion section.
they tend to be excessively fond of dense, idiosyncratic video games like TF2 and Minecraft; channers are more likely to be internet libertarians than most other e-subcultures.
you know the asshole who sits in the back of the class, glued to his laptop? the one who smugly interrupts teacher and student alike? the youth who never lacks for anything except friends, but doesn't get along well with people different from him? yeah, that's your average internet libertarian.

Internet girlfriends are fat, ugly, smelly, have nappy hair, knobby knees, bruises, and are usually missing some teeth. When downloaded it finds and modifies files that other web browsers would never touch. It has a tendency to break expensive applications and destroy ever-so-precious files. It cannot render pages designed for browsers other than itself and it is big, clunky and looks like shit. It was once a good browser but M$ decided to abuse its power and force everyone that buys Windoze to use it as a file browser (Windoze Explorer) and a web browser. It is like an ugly weed; once it has sprouted and grown it can never be truly killed because you always leave a small root that will grow back into the ugly weed.

A internet rapper is a rapper who makes music off of their pc or something and includes funny and sexaul and somewhat weird lyrics popularized by mainly the mc virgins which is a rap group that falls into the internet rap section or like to fall themselves internet rappers but they’re not the only ones who popularized it there are other people who have.
