People who use forms of manipulation to date others. Stereotypically, pick-me girls will try to put down other women, and act like they are one of the boys, while pick-me boys use self-deprication, and will praise women so they feel bad and date them.

C: Well, he seems nice, but he's such a pick-me boy.

Now shes the girl that thinks every guy is into her and gets mad when they regret her.

And seeing how women strive to be them, looks like I'll be the only women left to truly love and respect myself."
