Ex. 1- Danny needed to take a left to get to the parking lot so I told him to hook a left on the 21 and Lewis.
Ex. 2- When you get to the light, hook a left on the 21 and Lewis.

A dismissive way to answer someone annoying you for help, or just to be an asshole. Especially useful at work.

For females, a slightly more polite way to say "Fuck off you prick," especially annoying pricks of the opposite sex. It's important to emphasise the LEFT tit meaning that person is not adequate enough for the RIGHT tit.
