This is often in an outburst, known to all around them, but no one wants to say it.

Dave: How did the big meeting go?
Mike: Pretty bad dude - I might not have a job on Monday!
Dave: WTF happened?
Mike: I had a complete Maguire Moment... the VP Of Sales wanted us to stay behind again this weekend, to brainstorm. Well I just lost it and yell out the three simple things that the Sales team had to do to increase performance.
Dave: What happened?
Mike: I got a few winks from some of my workmates - I didn't say anything that they didn't already know - but I think the VP is pissed, so say the least.

ATM (aay-tee-emm) : abreviation : Interternet-speak and Millenial shorthand for "currently." Yet when overheard by conosuirs of Internet porn, it is confused with a different abreviation, only reminding aforementioned conosuirs that they have a serious problem.
Nicole: "How's Jenna doing?"
Ashley: "Ok, I guess. Immediatley after her parents divorce, Jenna had to decide who to live with. I was surprised she preferred her father's atm (at the moment). But she said her mother's was just too small and so boring."
Nicole: "Her dad is way cooler."

When an individual is incredibly pessimistic about anything and everything. In a Kareem moment, an individual manages to kill any hype or excitement a person or group of people feel by looking at a perfectly enjoyable moment/idea in an incredibly negative way and then announcing these negative views.
