A driver, who when behind the wheel of a car, uses excessive speed to reach their destination, often breaking the speed limit and passing cars in the process. A typical speed demon may become agitated or even angry when something (traffic, car accident, slower driver, etc.) appears that requires traveling at a slower speed.
Being a speed demon can have consequences as well, whether it be speeding tickets, unintentional tailgating, or even a car accident if one is not careful.
