Claudia: That looks like somebody stepped on shit.
Mueid: But it's very tasty. A flat muffin is just a cookie but soft. That is the flat muffin theory. We have been eating fat cookies all along.

big-bank theory

Proposals by the Obama administration to limit the size and scope of banking practices. In 1933 legislation was passed to prohibit banks from engaging in trading and hedging positions. It was thought that such, led to the Market Crash of that period. Obama would like to return to the 1930's regulations to keep banks from engaging in high-risk behaviors with lenders deposits or cheaply borrowed money from the Fed.

We all need to understand the big-bank theory.

gay peninsula theory

The theory that gay people in the United States enjoy living on this tips of peninsulas, which is quite possibly a subconscious phallic desire. For proof, look at three different cities: San Francisco, Provincetown, and Key West. All three are known for high percentages of gay residents, thriving gay tourism, and prominent gay pride parades; and all three are located at the tips of peninsulas.

Granted, Key West is technically part of an archipelago and not a peninsula, but US Route 1 connects the entire island chain to the mainland, so for practical intents and purposes, the keys form a peninsula.

No doubt uptight ignorant people will cry "homophobia" when they read this, but there is nothing offensive about gay peninsula theory.

Rooftop Theory of Relativity

The "Rooftop Theory of Relativity" was created in the early summer of 2007. It is named such because at the time of its creation the theorists were conversing on the rooftop of their residence. The theory is rather simple and is described as follows: "Everything is relative."

The Rooftop Theory of Relativity is applicable and appropriate for all occasions.

Batman Shirt Theory

A. Description

Any person who is seen wearing a batman shirt in the public setting has a tendency to be automatically perceived as a threat by mentally ill persons, specifically those with a co-morbid diagnoses of schizophrenia, paranoid type, and psychopathy.

B. Joker-perpetrator

The joker has paranoid delusions rooted around the thought that the person wearing the batman shirt is some morally authoritative figure trying to restrict the joker's rights for the purpose of maintaining justice. The joker has a natural tendency towards attention seeking behaviors, impulsivity, and sadism.

C. The Hero-batman shirt wearer

Realistically, the hero is most likely to be a passive idealist with fantasies of being this "morally authoritative figure" or a hero inspiring change for the good. These beliefs tend to escalate to the extent of grandiose delusions, specifically during times of increased stress. Such persons experience a significant tendency towards being involved with conflict, especially with the joker and personalities alike.

D. Batman/Joker Conflict

The hero and the joker experience severe emotional and psychological restlessness, arising from their different attitudes. The hero favors fairness and stability whereas the joker prefers selfish gratification and chaos. The grandiose delusions of the hero and the paranoid delusions of the joker conflict with each other, resulting in escalating drama all influenced by a simple shirt.

Batman Shirt Theory Example:

A. The hero with the batman shirt experiences grandiose delusions. These delusions make the hero feel inspired. They make the hero feel obligated to solve conflict in hopes of promoting fairness and justice.

B. The joker sees the batman shirt and experiences paranoid delusions. These delusions make the joker feel challenged and angry. The joker feels that the hero is oppressing his or her individuality, which are predominantly antisocial/psychopathic behaviors.

C. Some may think I am delusional for making a case out of this. Point is, you can rationalize anything with a little time and imagination...

pimp-whore relationship theory

the pimp-whore relationship theory is a highly debated theory in relationship dynamics stating that if you (the guy) treat a girl as though she is your bitch and you are her pimp, she will become susceptatble and complacent towards you and the oppisiste to all other men, thus making it easy for you to pick her up and hard for anyone else. The theory is highly debatable because about half the tests performed to test this theory have worked and about half have not.

that guy picked her up with the pimp-whore relationship theory.
