Can be used by any large bureaucracy, but less so by corporations. Read the Peter Principle where an employee is promoted to his highest level of incompetence.

Is the quiet, discreet, well calculated and tactful move one goes about making money. Again not announcing it to the world for fear that someone will steal your idea and capitalize on it.

The WNAC news director moved to WPVI-TV (formerly WFIL-TV) in Philadelphia, PA, and took the music with him, and spread to other stations across the U.S. (KFSN-TV 30 San Francisco, WJET-TV 24 Erie, WKBW-TV 7 Buffalo, ETC.), mostly used in the Northeast. Today, WPVI is the ONLY station to still use the theme after 35 years and still counting.
