A fuckboy is a guy who looks hot, has a flirtatious approach and would give you a lot of attention if he wants you (for sex obviously)- from talking kindly to you, comments appreciations on your posts, make you feel like you're the woman of his life. But this only exits till he is sure he has gained your attention - you start developing feelings after that "being in love" with the guy and you even feel like you can change him.
