Noun-
An abnormally large pill(s) or referring to the strength of the pill being a heavy dose. Ideal one would thing such a pill was mean for a horse instead of a human.

Cute nurse: Here is you medicine for today.
Old man: I believe you have my medicine mixed up, these are horse pills.
Cute nurse: If you do not want to take your medicine. I will grind them up and put them in peanut butter and stick it to the roof your mouth, is that what you want?
Old man: No, fine I will take them.

Sleepy Horse

A horse who is constantly sleepy. Never moves unless forced, eats only when fresh food has been placed under it's mouth and when it makes a bowel movement said horse never lifts it's tail. Hence not only a very sleepy horse, but a horse that has shit all over it's rear end and always drools. It sucks so bad that you could put Christmas lights all over it and it would matter. It would just make it a festive sleepy horse.
Basically it is the act of being a waste of life.

Kill a horse

To defecate, poop, or take a huge shit that leaves the bathroom smelling like someone just slaughtered and gutted a full grown horse.

I hate going to the bathroom when I’m not home but that lasagna at Linda’s house made me immediately kill a horse. She went in right after and assumed it was Betty. Wheew !! That was a close one!!
