A covert slang term used to describe any opiates like Percodan, OxyContin, et cetera.
So named because of the constipation side effect caused by using and/or abusing opiates. Opiates may also cause the patient to experience a decreased urge to defecate.

A fart accompanied by a loose, muddy shit that *almost* makes you shit your pants, but instead splashes against the inside of your colon. Sometimes accompanied by the dreaded burning sensation which indicates major ring sting and diarrhea in the near future. You ate something really dangerous.
Imagine a wet fart which never leaves your ass. Colon Splash! You got lucky my friend, but find the nearest bowl or bucket.

When one takes such a massive dump that all the crap, along with air, leaves with such force that it creates a super vacuum. This results in the colon and/or other organs being shat out, or "given birth" to.
