A man who takes on the aspects of a nice guy, but only until he is rejected. At that point, he will abandon her and redirect his efforts toward other girls. While the result can be problematic for the girl who just rejected him, especially if he previously went to great lengths to do nice things for her, he will justify his behavior with the claim that he doesn't like being used.
Me: "I'm a conditional nice guy."
Other guy: "So you're a douchebag?"
Me: "No, I am a nice guy, but only until she rejects me."

I have to drive for an hour in traffic each morning so that I can take my seat in air-conditioned Hell.
I hate going to bed on Sunday night, because I know that when I wake up in the morning, I'll have another week of air-conditioned Hell to endure.

An un air conditioned car or truck. Want cool air, you open both or all four windows at highway speeds of 70 MPH or higher on a hot day in this here Lone Star State of Texas. Texas air conditioning could also be referred to as "250" or "470" air conditioning (two windows and 50 MPH or four windows and 70 MPH)
That old black Chevy pickup has Texas air conditioning. The driver has gotta be sweating away with that red vinyl interior combined with a black exterior along with Texas air conditioning. Must be from Minnesota or the Dakotas where people drive dark colored cars and trucks without air conditioning due to mild summers.

Guy2: "We lost the air-conditioner in Dave's Pinto, so he drove us from Dallas to Houston in mid-summer with only Canadian air-conditioning and frequent beer stops to keep us frosty. It was hell."
