Kim Deal is like your next door neighbor, who happens to be an alternative rock goddess. She plays bass and sings back up vocals in the extremely influental alt rock band, The Pixies. She also fronts her own band The Breeders with her twin sister Kelley Deal. The Breeders are also an influental alt rock band. Kim and Kelley started playing music when they were sixteen. That's almost thirty years they've been making music!
Kim and Kelley are both very beautiful in their own way. They have great personalities which make them gorgous no matter what. And of course they are naturally beautiful anyway.
Kim is very talented. Her bass playing is smooth and bouncy. Her guitar playing is fuzzy goodness. Her drummming is simple but rythmic. Her singing can be sweet and melodic, deep and sexy, creeky and fun, or drunkenly charming.
Kim (and Kelley!) are two of the sweetest women you could ever meet.

1) Noun, Canned 'interested in' selection box that one checks when filling out their LinkedIn.com webpage. Chances are, if you feel the need to have a LinkedIn.com page, you do not have the means (i.e. capital) to actually execute such a deal. I'm sure your company CEO is surfing the LinkedIn.com page....NOT. People who would select this term on their LinkedIn.com page probably are dental dicks. Instead of doing their job, such people often spend their entire time at work looking for yet another job.
2) Noun, Leaving your cubicle to take a dump at approximately 10:30AM local time while you are at work.
1) Mr. Scott's page says he's interested in business deals. Too bad he'll be a low-level manager supervising dental dicks his entire time at this company.

During any negotiation, when one group insists upon dramatic or extreme conditions before engaging in discussions, the purpose being to end all negotiations.
The kidnapper attempted a Republican Deal; demanding a million dollars, a helicopter on the roof, and a batch of dinosaur eggs before releasing the 26 hostages.
Real = True, exact, no fault, no fake, thrust worthy, clear, absolute etc.
Deal = contact, transaction, barter, exchange etc.
Real Deal = what you are getting is excellent in the above ways
