Often times, they will believe themselves to be cooler, smarter, etc. than you, and will act like you do not exist because you are below their superiority level.
Admit it, you just looked up "douchebag" on Urban Dictionary because right now you are thinking that someone you know is such a douchebag.

Puts a 'ball cap on and makes sure it is crooked.
Knows hat is on crooked and does not fix it.
Puts an oversized tailpipe on a car.
Puts on, or buys a car with a fin.
Puts collar up.
Wears pooka shells.
