A Dick Downer is the male version of a Debbie Downer. He constantly brings up negative shit, killing the mood and good energy. Also, one might say he is such downer he causes dicks to go soft.

A person who constantly makes negative comments or has negative thoughts named “Debbie,” “Deb,” or “Deborah,” with physical features resembling those of one with Down syndrome (such as shortened posture, wide set eyes, enlarged tongue, short hair cut) hence the word “downer.”
The students were so excited to throw their teacher a baby shower until Debbie Downer arrived and rolled her eyes.
