When you have worked all day then did a bunch of home(work), ended up in a fight with your boyfriend and had to deal with family shit and then decided to drink and smoke one at the end of the day, and are sitting in a movie theatre unable to get up from your seat due to either being too lazy or tired or both and someone asks if you want to do something else afterwards. You would reply back with “no thanks man, I’m fading”
An alternative way of saying you are tapped out.
Typically accompanied with feeling like you are happily swaying in and out of consciousness.
Yeah I was fading hard last night. Glad I made it home safe!

1. Fade (verb)
When a person fades, it means that they are getting sleepy and thus starts to fall alseep.
This usually occurs when a person has smoked too much marajuana and is "coming down" from their high.
It is viewed as anti-social or "weak" is some cases.
2. Fader (noun)
A fader is a person who commits the act of fading (see above).
Ben: Aw, dude, I'm so sleepy.
Chris: Damn, you're becoming such a fader.
Abby: I can't keep my eyes open, we have smoked too much.
Leila: Omg, don't fade on me!

When you are to caught up in memories and love to realize what's actualy in front of you when you are so deep in love with someone who cares nothing about you being faded is knowing you're going to get hurt but going with it anyways because you can't see what you are doing to yourself

A term used in craps to describe a bettor who covers "part or all of the shooter's center bet". Such a bettor is a fader, (who, according to oddsmakers, enjoys a slight edge over the shooter. Therefore, craps hustlers pass when it is their turn with the dice).
I decided to fade the shooter five times for all five dimes, convinced he would crap out. Unfortunately, he threw two sevens and three elevens, costing me the entire five grand -- leaving exactly zero in Junior's college fund.
