A term used to describe extra features being included in a project, after the project was supposedly already closed to new features.

I thought we were nearly done with this computer program, but feature creep from marketing means we'll be working for another 2 weeks at least.

A way of funding such structures by selling marijuana

foreign features

Cars that are from a different country other than your own country.
In the USA, foreign features can be like the Benz from Germany, or Honda from Japan.
However, the word is used primarily to describe classy foreign cars like the Beamers and Lexus

I bet Lil Wayne drives foreign features and Birdman drives a Corniche

When a person uses this phrase it is usually used to make fun of someone else's weird or diformed face.

Guy 1: "Dude, you suck, man"

Guy 2: "Well you have bum features"
