Someone who stirs shit on purpose, acts ignorant ALL the time, talks extremely loud, and doesn't know when to act like a actual "person." A "nigger" can be any color, but it
is mostly used when talking about a black person. It's a contridicting word.. because a black may say it to a black.. and it's ok and then they go out like little faggets and protest on how it's meant for everyone; it can be any color. They can't kill the word.. or pin-point it with a actual definition.

The one word its ok for black people to say to eachother. However, if a white person said to a black person (or another white person) the original person who said it would be racist.

Nigger can be seen from two perspectives:

Black person to black person "Wat up my nigga" (perfectly harmless)

White person to white person "Hey, my nigga" (totally offensive)
