Term used to describe the pointless babble that comes out of the mouth of Professors with many degrees. Often followed by the denial of self-absorption.
"Today in class Dr. Sinclair rambled on for an hour explaining what we already know."

A feel of deep understanding received after reading the Wikipedia article on a certain subject.
Friend: "This guy at the party last night told me that quantum physics says nothing is real and we are all just waves"
Me: "I'm pretty sure he just got his Wikipedia PHD and doesn't really know what he's talking about"
When you have mastery of a subject, and the jargon to match, you have a better appreciation of that topic and can appreciate and articulate concepts that novices do not know exist.
"I have a report to write on 90's sitcoms, but since I was raised by wolves, I have no knowledge of any of those shows."

An Early nineties TV show about a near homeless psychologist that tracks down serial killers in his brown Volvo with brown police light, the highlight of the show is when the serial killers turn their attentions towards AJ and hide in his apartment ready to pounce. Usually accompanied by slap bass music.
Episode 1.45, when AJ returns home to his apartment only to find a serial killer ready to pounce.

When you have an *awkward* problem it's always nice to have a go to reference. Also, when you have a problem involving your package; can be used as a quick reference.
