Richard means dick so if you wanna call some one a dick without them knowing call them a Richard. Richard's are annoying and easily piss you off. They are really nosy and all up in your business, they think they're all that. They usually go by the name Rich so don't be fooled when they say that it's there name. In real life they are a dick and annoying as fuck.
