The swat you pull right after school, college, work, or an event that takes up the greater portion of your work day. Often times gets you tremendously blazed, even if you don't use a ton of weed, as if your body is saying, "Finally!" and wants you to be rewarded and celebrate.
I like to wake and bake, but nothing's better than that victory swat I pull right after class.
The excessive use of hand motions (usually police offices) to convey a point, give direction or to simulate carrying an actual weapon during training.
The officer cleared a room during training with his SWAT hands.

Usually shouted when swatting a frisbee out of the air or out of an opposing players hand during ultimate frisbee.

Swat Twat Proper Noun
As most men and women throughout their lives will find, stubborn, loud, verbal atrocities that may be, can we say verbalized never expressed in violence toward one another?
A Swat Twat is the culmination of not being able to silence digress or diffuses a drunken (most the time) male and dials 911 for a domestic disturbance.
I don’t know about your state, but here in California they come with a minimum of two officers, if there is a crowd they double exponentially. Think of that Beach boys song ~~ ‘Two girls for every boy’ now its two peace officers or more for every boy ~~ you know the song.
at no point does this endorse or condone interrelational violence, freedom speech has its bounds, respect your woman brothers and sisters, Swat Twat don’t be one, remember we love you ladies and men.

When a mate who became your friend / joined your friend group carries across personality traits from their previous friend group. In this case, carried across the 'swatty' personality trait (try hard at school/ school sweat.)
The swatty personality trait included sub traits such as short temper to jokes, stupidity, or people being too laid back. Also included are outbursts of anger, being cocky, and having too much pride.
Although these traits can be hidden and removed over time, when under the influence these traits can really show and shine, always dampening the fun of others and the mood of the party. This is what's known as 'Swat Syndrome'.
