A play on the words "we too low" that is written in the style of Chinese names for humour. It refers to a plane being under the necessary altitude during flight. The term was used as a prank on KTVU while describing the pilots of Asiana Flight 414.
KTVU has just learnt the names of the four pilots who were on-board the flight. They are Captain Sum Ting Wong, Wi Tu Lo, Ho Lee Fuk and Bang Ding Ow.
It’s Dominican slang that implies that you fuck your own mother, that’s to mean that you’re such a dirty, nasty and disgusting person that you’re even able to do that.
Although most of the times, when said to other people, it’s taken as a offensive, it’s common hear Dominicans say it as an interjection.
